What it does.
Topo Notes is a notebook for people who think across sources. Notes can be linked into threads, tagged, searched offline and exported as clean Markdown. A local graph view shows how ideas connect without sending the notebook to a server.
The app is designed around private-by-default working: the core notebook works without an account, and optional on-device assistance is used only when the person chooses it.

Optional summaries and suggested links run on the device where supported, with a clear off switch.
Portable by design
Export the notebook as Markdown and take the work elsewhere at any time.
No account required for core use
The notebook opens without registration. An account is only needed for optional sync.
